Rubio shares music video for her single “Oro”
Chilean Indie Pop singer Rubio returns to the newsfeeds with the music video for the single “Oro”, off La Pérdida EP. The EP, released in March, is a collection of 4 new songs where she reflects about greed, nostalgia, the uncertainty of existence and the reality of a disconnected and empty society.
“Oro” is a highly electronic indie track, with trap elements and experimental overtones. The video, created by Blahblahblasfemia, reflects these sounds in a surprisingly accurate way by being entirely in the style of early 2000’s 3D videogame animation. The neon colors and graphic lines of the video result in a gritty, exotic and psychedelic experience.
