Californian Bella Stine might be young but she’s not afraid to push her limits to the next level. Inspired by icons such as Gracie Abrams and Phoebe Bridgers. “I’ve been passionate about music for my whole life. In the past couple of years, I started writing more seriously and focusing on my music. It’s become my getaway. My songs all are deeply based on my experiences and come from a very vulnerable part of me. I hope my music can be something that people can connect with on a personal level.” Bella explains.

In Pale Flame, Bella’s latest release, her voice is in my opinion the main attraction of the song. Her captivating almost heavenly voice will leave you wanting more. The song has an atmospheric and dreamy quality to it that helps to elevate Bella’s voice even more. The combination of her beautiful singing and the music makes this single an enjoyable piece of art. She has been able to craft an alt-pop jewel. A raw diamond that shines like no other. Her songwriting and production skills make this single a true gem, and her performance is sublime. It is truly a remarkable piece of music and a testament to Bella’s talent. We also get a video alongside the song. Bella lends a surrealistic touch, and I personally love it. We get a lot of purple hues combined with soft blue to provide a dreamlike experience. The visuals are mesmerizing and perfectly match the mood of the song. It’s a truly powerful combination of music and visuals. Overall, this is a great example of what Bella can do. “Pale Flame focuses on those final moments, right before it’s over, but not quite. By the time I wrote this song, I wasn’t in a fiery war. I was going through a quiet battle of knowing how everything was going to be but still processing it fully. While recording, we actually blew out a lit candle to capture that sound. I love how stripped down the song is and absolutely I loved recording live strings for the cinematic/orchestral ending.”
