Orphée Noah Creativity Is “Never Ending”

Orphée Noah is a multi-talented artist and producer, known for his uncompromising approach to music. His ability to blend different genres and create his own unique musical worlds is truly remarkable. In his compositions, you can hear the influences of orchestral music, death metal, and French chanson, all seamlessly stitched together into a cohesive sound.

One of the most exciting moments in his career was the premiere of his debut single, "Attack On Us," at the prestigious Swedish Grammy Awards in 2023. This marked a significant milestone, demonstrating his ability to make a difference. But his journey began long before that night. As a child, he spent many evenings being lulled to sleep under his father's grand piano in the nightclubs of France. It was during these formative years that he developed a deep appreciation for unexpected melodies and chord progressions. He believes that this unique perspective on music stems from those cherished moments spent under the piano. Growing up, he experienced a diverse range of environments throughout France, including Nice, Paris, and the picturesque countryside of Normandy. These different landscapes and cultural influences undoubtedly shaped his vision and provided him with a rich tapestry of experiences to draw from in his music. Before his move to Sweden at the age of ten, he had the opportunity to tour alongside his brothers and his mother, Elisabeth Kontomanou, the renowned French jazz singer. This early exposure to the world of music and performance further fueled Orphée's passion and set him on a path toward his musical career. In terms of musical influences, Orphée Noah draws inspiration from a wide range of artists. From the classical genius of Mozart to the boundary-pushing creativity of Tyler, the Creator, from the timeless elegance of Ella Fitzgerald to the raw power of Metallica, these diverse influences come together to shape his unique sound.

He's now releasing an amazing dualality of single and video at the same time. In "Never Ending" Noah displays his incredible ability to mix so many genres. From classical to R&B, easily woven together, the result is simply astonishing. His music breaks all the rules, shaking tradition and embracing experimentation and distinctiveness. Powerful but fragile at the same time, transmitting a sense of humbleness. Visually, the video is very peculiar. We are presented with Noah covered head to toe in plaster, like he had an accident of some kind. He's sharing with a woman very close to him in various locations. It almost feels like a fever dream, something that shouldn’t be happening but here we are.

"It’s an old cliché but it’s true. We are made out of 97% stardust. Our entire bodies and organs were once created inside a star. Knowing that helped me lose my fear of death aka fear of living." Orphée explains.

Like in his previous videos, Noah has a touch for making visual extravaganzas. He uses vibrant colors, unique landscapes, and captivating sounds to make each of his videos a visual masterpiece. His videos often have a dreamlike quality, making them both comforting and alluring. His ability to capture the beauty of the world around him is truly remarkable. He's working hard on his next album which is set to be released in March of next year. We are excited to see what he comes up with next. I personally can't wait to hear his new album!
