The British electro-indie group pulls no punches and sets no boundaries on their wildly creative energy. Led by multi-talented musician and producer Joseph Mount, the band’s unique sound blends vibrant indie rock and groovy, off-the-wall electronic music layering for a unique flavor.

Formed in 1999 in Totnes, Devon. Metronomy started out taking inspiration from legends like Devo, David Bowie, N.E.R.D, and Pavement. The group has been a fixture of the UK scene with a more-than-solid international projection, having opened for acts such as Kate Nash, Justice, Coldplay, and more and creating classics such as “The Look”, “The Bay” and “Heartbreaker”. 

Joseph has been busy with a series of impressive remixes for top-tier artists such as Klaxons, Franz Ferdinand, and Gorillaz. He has also collaborated with Kate Nash and Florence and The Machine, demonstrating his versatility and talent as a musician. Meanwhile, Metronomy played a crucial role in producing the critically acclaimed album “Slime and Reason” by Roots Manuva, further solidifying their presence in the music industry. These endeavors are a testament to Joseph’s creative prowess and highlight the band’s continued success in the industry.
