Monterrey Bar at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach, pays homage to its 1953 namesake, Monterrey Motel, with a cool, dark speakeasy vibe. The T-shaped bar with Amazonite stone is a focal point, complemented by Afromosia wall paneling, ocean-inspired carpets, and a Murano glass chandelier. Executive Chef Andrew Gilbert pairs indulgent light plates with a curated beverage menu, all set against playful pop art from the 1980s by Geoffrey Rose. Mini Martini Hour: Monday - Friday, 6 - 8pm.

The Downtown Experience. Over Under in Downtown Miami is a modern American cocktail bar known for its Shell-tini, a briny martini with oyster shell-infused gin. This owner-operated bar offers democratic pricing and a relaxed vibe, with standout burgers, fish dip, and frozen Palomas.
