Ottawa-Hull-based indie-rock band Pony Girl shared "Running in Circles," the latest single off their forthcoming LP, Enny One Wil Love You, due October 14 via Paper Bag Records. The experimental noise-pop track also comes alongside a cinematic music video that plays similarly to a surrealistic horror film, playing out with a dash of murderous fantasy during a mundane, but torturous day on the job.
"'Running in Circles' goes as heavy as your fantasies about killing your boss. We drew from all the jobs we never really cared for, all the shitty bosses we fled, and all the lows of the dead-end job cycle. It’s a towering, personal song that we wish wasn’t so relatable," shared the band. Watch the video for Running In Circles below:
